Hello, my name is Leonardo, I’m 29, in 2005 I found you on the web, and God uses a lot!! And on January 14 2008, God baptized me in the power of The Holy Spirit, and one of the manifestations was talk like a drunk!!, and now I watch your programs on the net, and I feel the power when you pray, and I dance and have the joy from heaven, and one day I ask to the Lord that I want to be drunk in the Spirit, and God did it!! and I prayed to lay hands and get the people drunk, and God uses me(this sinner)and God touched the people, but I don’t know if they was drunk, but God touched the people in a great way!! Go ahead to your ministry and with the JOY OF THE LORD, there are a lot of people that need the joy. God bless you and your wife and family. We went to the Nursing home one lady said she did not believe in anything but she had Jesus in her heart and we had double headers, husband and wife in the same room, also office ladies, nurses asking for prayer standing in line. My husband and I had 25 on our paper to win today. We prayed with 22 or more together. Eyes changed as we prayed. Praise the Lord!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Since the Port Saint Lucie revival and the receiving of the prayers of boldness and the street ministry training and experience the Lord has led us to many people, neighbors, strangers and family have come to the Lord!!! Today the Lord had us to take authority over Psychics, Pornographic stores and nude drinking establishments. As we drove to each place we came upon a Psychic storefront where we met a former neighbor that received Christ in front of the Psychic shop. The Holy Ghost took over the prayer and we began praying for the salvation of psychic Nellie. The Holy Ghost prompted us to go in the shop, Ron told Nellie Jesus was Lord of this region and He was here to set her free. Long story short, she prayed the prayer of salvation right in her own shop and was saved.
NH-Grabbed lady’s hand. Shook soft but as I prayed power fell & shook strongly. Got saved! I prayed with a young man who said that he had been robbed at gunpoint earlier with a gun to his head and realized it was God that had spared his life for the purpose of saving his life. I was witnessing to 2 ladies and they accept Christ and I asked if her daughter wants Christ. Well the little girl was her granddaughter and sat her on the bench and held her into my arms and she accepted Christ and she was only 2 yrs old.
Adonica said that God loves us but we truly will give account one day. I was thinking that everything we do, every motive of the heart and decision we make has major implications to the life we will live in the age to come and how I need to be ready. I pray often for God to release His end time purposes. Adonica mentioned how wood, hay, and stubble will be burnt up in the midst of the fire. When I heard this I immediately thought of 1 Jn. 2:28 and how I need to abide in him; that, when he appears, I may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his coming. It’s like I need to and required to be ready for His coming just like the 5 wise virgins in Mathew 25. I was reminded how Jesus rebuked His disciples for not knowing the day and the hour and how much more now in these days. I know the course was on matters of the heart and so much of what I hear, when I hear it, it shifts to the last days and even the age to come. I was also thinking how God is raising up forerunners who will prepare the way of the Lords return like John the Baptist preparing the way for coming of the Lord. I know there will be much regret even if do great stuff but with the wrong heart. God is after my heart.
She was saying how we’ve been giving a new DNA also and what’s going on in the inside gives us everything we need to walk in purity. Its amazing how we’ve not just been given a 2nd chance knowing we, sons of Adam would blow it just like Adam did. I was thinking about how in 2 Cor. 5:17, is really a whole new DNA and was thinking how I have the divine nature on the inside of me. I was thinking how stuff is so easy in His presence and it doesn’t even have to be a process. Yes it has been a process but having this revelation it’s like I have the divine nature so I can really walk this out. The grace of God truly does empower and it’s not in striving, but being possessed. It was a great reminder. Adonica talked about Col. 2 “as you have received Christ so walk in Him,” It also said that I am “complete in Him”. I really have the nature of Christ inside and the mind and nature of Christ is so available to me. Col. 2 also mentioned being buried with Christ and raised with Him. I was reminded of the Greek of being co-buried and co-raised. It’s a mystery that somehow I played a part of being raised and buried before I was ever born. I know Paul talked about the mystery of the gospel, reminding me of Col 2:2 AMP-“[For my concern is] that their hearts may be braced (comforted, cheered, and encouraged) as they are knit together in love, that they may come to have all the abounding wealth and blessings of assured conviction of understanding, and that they may become progressively more intimately acquainted with and may know more definitely and accurately and thoroughly that mystic secret of God, [which is] Christ (the Anointed One).” It’s Christ in me and me in Him. Saved Devon Lewis. Devon was very uncertain about salvation. He heard the script and prayed. The Lord shared that Devon was caught in past and needed to be loosed when this word was shared with him, his eyes lit up and a glorious smile came on his face when prayer for deliverance was given. This young man got Jesus. Praise his name.
I entered a room in a nursing home and spoke with 3 elderly women. 2 of the the women where laying in bed and one was in a wheel chair. They all prayed the prayer of rededication. One woman who was 91 yrs old told me that she was in there for rehab after having open heart surgery. We talked and I told her that I was a cardiothorasic surgical nurse and that my expertise was heart transplant and open-heart surgery. We spoke about the fact that it was a miracle that she had the surgery. This is because most surgeons would not do open-heart surgery on someone that was 91 years of age. I told her how important it was that she looked at each day post surgery as a gift from God. I explained to her that my father had open-heart surgery post heart attack when I was 18 years old and how I had assumed that he was healed I shared with them that one of the gifts that God had given me was to remember how just how precious the time we have with others is and to not take it for granted. I then reminded them that God wants us to reach out to the lost. When I left they were all “fired up about God and what He had called them to do in that facility.”
While in a nursing home in Phoenix, I walked into a room and observed an elderly man sitting in a contracted position in a wheel chair. I placed my hand upon his shoulder. I asked him if he knew that God loved him and had a wonderful plan for his life. He said “yes.” I then asked him if something were to happen today if he knew for sure that he would go to heaven to be with Jesus. He was not sure that he would go to heaven, so I continued with the gospel script. He then rededicated his life to the Lord. After I prayed for his healing he said ” I want to pray for you now.” He said “Lord, thank you for sending this angel here today. I thank you for illuminating my path and showing me what you have for me to do in this place.” He just kept saying over and over again, “Lord, thank you for sending this angel here today to pray for me and remind me of you.” I must admit I did have tears in my eyes when he was thanking the Lord for bringing me to his nursing home. This was a nursing home which initially said we could only pray with the patients in the hallways and dining areas. After we arrived, the nursing home administrator gave us permission to go into all of the rooms and pray with everyone.
I am a greeter on Sundays and have seen many getting touched as they simply walk through the door. This past Sunday children’s lives were getting changed as they heard the message of our Savior and Lord Jesus Christ. Poverty stricken families were reached by free food and free toys which the River Church has so generously provided. I also saw buses of people being shipped in from off the streets to come to the River since they did not have transportation to get there which is an awesome thing to see.  Some people are already smiling when they get off the buses because there are those from the church who are involved in bus ministry that teach and serve those on the buses which is very awesome and rarely seen anywhere else. All of the people that arrive on buses are there as a result of those who take time out of their day to go out to neighborhoods that most would not enter and share the word of God. Some churches might have a play or something and there is nothing wrong with that, but there is so much more to it than that. to see an altar call with 300 people, which often happens at the River, means the Spirit of the Lord is moving in a huge way. This past Sunday those who assisted at the registration tables and at the children’s church really did a great job instructing and entertaining the children of all age and there were a ton of them. I arrived around 8:00 a.m. and there were already people standing in line waiting to be registered. It is really awesome to see how everyone who has a job to do and does it correctly. No matter how small it is it all comes together as a body working in unity. In conclusion, the main and most important thing I saw was the pastor’s and my vision being fulfilled which is people giving their hearts to Jesus. Even if it takes a toy or a free bus ride to get them there, these things are just tools to accomplish specific goals which is the free gift from God, salvation!
